I had some issues with my water heater which required it to be replaced. Marcus expertly diagnosed the problem, recommended, purchased and installed a new water heater, along with replacement of some piping and other equipment which could have caused issues down the road. He carefully explained to be (a true layperson with no technical knowledge of such things) what needed to be done and why and was extremely fair in pricing. Best of all, he left my home even cleaner than it was when he arrived!
